(Includes AMMG’S Welcome Reception 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm –
Held in Conference Networking and Exhibits Center)
Friday, April 16th – 9 am to 6 pm
Saturday, April 17th – 9 am to 4:00 pm

The Conference Networking Area will be open during exhibit hours. Sponsors are welcome to man their booth at their discretion and are strongly encouraged to be present during all breaks – as listed in the conference agenda. Please keep the booth set-up clean and professional in appearance during all exhibit hours.

Sponsor Badges

Your badge permits access to all lectures and must be worn at all times during the conference. Please visit the conference registration desk to pick-up your badges. Each individual booth space is allowed four badges.

Thursday, April 15 at 9:00am to 1:30pm
Sponsors must be set-up by 1:30 pm and all shipping containers removed.
Promptly at 2:00pm AMMG will clear all aisles and booths not set-up.

Exhibit Area

Each individual exhibit space includes a 6 foot table and 2 chairs as part of the set up. There will be black pipe and drape. Booth locations will be available upon arrival at the conference. We do not assign booth numbers in advance.

Shipping & Booth Needs

We will be using GES to coordinate your shipping and booth needs (i.e. setup, signage, extra furniture, etc.). Open the link to the GES exhibitor kit with all forms and information on how to ship, order extra chairs and tables and other exhibiting needs.

AMMG strongly recommends that all exhibitor shipments be sent directly to the GES Warehouse as opposed to a hotel guest room. This will ensure delivery of shipments to your booth by your published move-in start time and will save valuable set-up time. Tear Down

Saturday, April 17th after 4:00pm
IMPORTANT – Tear down will not be allowed prior to 4:00 pm on Saturday. If you need to tear down before the 4:00pm time you may be assigned a booth in a different location
