OVERVIEW
This conference provides Physicians and Healthcare Providers evidence-based research and clinical protocols on new procedures, methods, and topics in Age Management Medicine that will increase competency, knowledge and provide treatment tools that improve patient outcomes and patient satisfaction.

OBJECTIVES
• Recognize the evidence-based science regarding hormones, diet & nutrition, and fitness for men and women and how these impact the aging process.
• Describe the use of proper diagnostic protocols to correctly evaluate patients, establish a baseline and use as a tool in the development of individualized clinical protocols
• Apply evidence based clinical protocols when indicated to balance hormones, ensure proper diet, nutrition and prevent illness in aging patients.
• Describe causes of exposure to mycotoxins, mold fungus and environmental toxins and the medical conditions, particularly how hormones are affected that can result from exposure.
• Identify strategies for the treatment of exposure to mycotoxins, mold fungus and environmental toxins using evidence based clinical methods
• Describe the function and evidence based science for the use of Therapeutic Plasma Exchange, including historical uses for various disease states.
• Describe the uses of Therapeutic Plasma Exchange in arresting or reversing Biomarkers of Aging
• Discuss the inclusion and exclusion criteria for patients undergoing Therapeutic Plasma Exchange including potential adverse reactions.
• Describe the disease state of Dyslipidemia and Deglycation in men, the progressive medical issues that lead to morbidity and mortality and the evidence basis for the use of a hormonal and metabolic approach to clinical treatment.
• Discuss the aging issues of sarcopenia and visceral adipose tissue two serious issues in aging and the clinical use of Testosterone and GLP-1 therapies as an effective and evidence based treatment to combat aging.
• Review the science of systems analysis and how to deploy systems analysis strategies to diagnose, treat and educate women for improved sexual function.
• Discuss the issues of urinary and fecal incontinence particularly in Menopausal Women, describe what has historically been used as treatment and what are new and cutting edge evidence based therapies that may offer improved patient outcomes.
• Discuss Menopause symptoms and evidence based treatments from a genetic perspective which may offer some patients improved clinical options.
• Discuss the historical use of hormone therapy in menopause, identify controversies, review the science and provide framework for Hormone Replacement Therapy to improve patient outcomes.
• Describe the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare and discuss ways that age management physicians can integrate AI into their clinical approaches to treatment.
• Describe technological advancements in the use of informatics, AI and Digital devices which are revolutionizing personalized care and how to incorporate this new technology and strategies into your practice.
• Discuss a series of Case Studies in which hormonal and metabolic analysis of patient data from an Age Management Practice will be presented.
• Describe the role of Vitamin K in the prevention and treatment of disease and its relationship with gut health.
• Describe evidence-based clinical applications for the use of Autologous Stem Cells in the treatment of patients.
• Identify and describe how Inflammasomes are involved in a number of common diseases processes and further discuss the triggers that activate inflammasomes and the tools that clinicians can use to best treat this condition.
• Describe the concept of Intimate Wellness and discuss why intimate wellness is an important component of overall wellness including ways patients can maintain connection with their partner during the aging process.
• Describe the connection between the brain, gut health and longevity and discuss evidence-based strategies to preserve and enhance mental clarity and optimal gut health in the aging process. Identify how dysbiosis can disrupt the normal processes and cause health issues and how to treat with clinical protocols and lifestyle changes.
• Discuss Neuroinflammation as a critical factor in the development of neuropsychiatric illnesses particular those associated with brain injury (TBI), contrast and compare conventional clinical approaches to treatment with new protocols that focus on the treatment of inflammation.
• Discuss the use of Blood Flow Restriction Protocols to improve age related Sarcopenia.
• Describe the state of medicine in Southeast Asia which has become engaged in transformative healthcare innovation.
• Discuss why Chronic Kidney Disease has become a Global epidemic, including why there is a significant financial burden on healthcare systems around the world
