Dr. David Ward, DC, MS, is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic and Board-certified Athletic Trainer (retired) with a Master of Science Degree in Sport Health Science. He is former adjunct faculty in the College of Chiropractic and College of Graduate Studies at Life University in Marietta, GA. Dr. Ward has completed extensive post-doctorate education with a focus on Functional Medicine and uses an approach that includes teaching lifestyle-based strategies for the restoration and maintenance of health and prevention of disease. He is a certified ReCODE 2.0 practitioner of the Bredesen Protocolâ„¢, which is a comprehensive, personalized program designed to support brain health for those at risk for cognitive decline. For over 35 years Dr. Ward has been teaching the lifestyle practices that support living well and thriving, not simply surviving, for individuals with complex chronic inflammatory disorders with a focus on nutrition, movement and exercise and stress management practices. He places a particular emphasis on supporting longevity and healthy aging with his Arteries, Bones and Cognition: The ABCs of Healthy Aging program in his clinic Entavida Functional Health in Denver, CO. Dr. Ward is also licensed in New Jersey and Florida and works with individuals in those states via telehealth.
