With more than 25 years of experience in multi-site healthcare, Kristen spent her career leading high-performing teams and implementing successful growth strategies. Kristen is currently the CEO of Longevity Hormone Medicine (LHM) Partners.
As an executive-level leader for the past 15 years, Kristen helped organizations identify growth opportunities and scale for maximum potential. Her experience spans large and small organizations in multiple healthcare service sectors. Her previous roles include CEO of Phase 1 Equity, Senior Vice President of Strategic Growth at Accent Care and Senior Vice President of Strategy at Adeptus Health. Kristen also founded a successful consulting practice and has deep experience in both large and small private equity transactions, helping organizations optimize during sale and transition.
Kristen earned her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Texas Woman’s University. When she is not working, Kristen enjoys singing and is a member of the Symphonic Choir in Allen, TX. She also loves going to the gym and is an avid sports fan who enjoys watching and playing sports with her family and friends whenever possible.
