Gail M. Humble, M.D.

Dr. Gail Humble earned her Bachelor of Science in Genetics from the University of California, Davis, followed by her Medical Doctorate from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She completed a general surgery internship at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago and her anesthesiology residency at the University of Southern California (USC). Dr. Humble has served as Medical Director for the Blue Pacific Aesthetic Group as well as the Aesthetic AntiAging Institute in San Francisco and Los Angeles.

A prominent researcher and speaker, she has co-authored foundational clinical research on topical Klotho applications published in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Journal of Drugs in Dermatology, Journal of Aging Science, and European Journal of Medicine, alongside over 25 peer-reviewed publications on Sculptra and facial rejuvenation. She is also the co-author of The Klotho Prescription: Science-Backed Strategies to Turn on Your Body’s Ultimate Anti-Aging Gene, scheduled for release in Q4 2026. Leveraging two decades of research in stem cell engineering, Dr. Humble successfully established the first scalable, viable adult human stem cell line engineered for Klotho upregulation and protein harvest. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Klotho Skin INC.
