James Powell, RN, is Vice President of Practice Development at DocLoop, where he helps physicians and practitioners build and scale cash-based age management, longevity, and preventive medicine practices. A longstanding member of the Age Management Medicine Group since 2008, James brings over 28 years of experience in direct sales, sales training, sales consulting, and executive-level team leadership.

Throughout his career, James has built and optimized high-performance sales organizations across longevity medicine, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), advanced diagnostics, biotechnology, and aesthetic medicine. He is known for developing scalable, repeatable sales processes, translating performance metrics into actionable strategies, and training teams to grow cash-pay practices profitably and sustainably.
