Joshua S. Fink, MD is a board-certified internal medicine physician with more than 30 years of clinical experience in internal medicine, pulmonary and critical care medicine, obesity medicine, metabolic health, and aesthetics. He earned his medical degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center and completed his residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, followed by fellowships in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine through New York Hospital/Cornell and Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr. Fink maintains a private practice in New York with a focus on cardiovascular and metabolic health, diabetes management, obesity, and aesthetic medicine.

Throughout his career, Dr. Fink has served in numerous leadership, teaching, and research roles, including Co-Director of the MICU/SICU and Director of Clinical Trials at Northern Westchester Hospital. He is a nationally recognized speaker on GLP-1 science, has published research in cosmetic dermatology, and continues to educate physicians on advances in metabolic health, obesity treatment, and aesthetic medicine. His passion for innovation, education, and patient-centered care makes him a sought-after educator and faculty member.

Dr Fink is the Recipient of The Presidential Teaching Award from the State University of New York and the Recipient of The HealthCare Hero Award. He spends his recreational time teaching Martial Arts as well as training for various fundraising ultimate survival events for the Navy SEALS, Green Berets and the Gold Star families.
