Cynthia Rilling, M.A.

Cynthia Rilling is the Chief Operating Officer at Precision Health [by Science], a lifestyle optimization and preventive medicine center located in Coconut Creek, Florida. Rilling, with over twenty-five years of diverse experience in operations, human resources, marketing, promotions, public relations, practice management, fundraising, print production, and association management, has applied her extensive knowledge far beyond the initial corporate focus.

As a Health Care Business Consultant and Partner with Medical Practice Business Development, LLC in Parkland, FL, she has consulted in all aspects of healthcare practice operations including, but not limited to, medical practice startup, corporate culture, marketing and human resources. During the past two decades, Rilling has co-directed the creation, development, operation, growth, and ultimately the sale, of five remarkably successful multi-million-dollar medical facilities. She and her husband, Kent, were pioneers in establishing the first several true acute care centers in the country, leading the way nationally in developing a more efficient way of delivering urgent heath care outside of hospital emergency facilities.

Rilling has been a sought-after speaker nationally in health care conferences, sharing her expertise in successfully building new medical business ventures. With emphasis on the importance of image creation and corporate culture, Rilling has been instrumental in working with her teams in all stages of the medical practices’ development and growth, from facility design and construction to establishing and ensuring quality customer service and raving fan patient experiences.

Rilling has a MA in Public Relations from Boston University College of Communications with a focus on Corporate and International Public Relations and Marketing. Prior to her position in the medical field, Rilling served as the Vice President of Marketing for Delmarva Online, part of Draper Communications, an Internet Service Provider on the Eastern Shores of Maryland, Delaware and Virginia.
