Our attendees health and well-being is important to AMMG. We have been assured by the Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel that they are taking the CDC & public health department recommendations for COVID-19 precautionary measures for their guests health & safety.

Why is Marriott mandating face coverings?
Concern about the health and well-being of guests and employees is of paramount importance. This requirement will provide a consistent approach to facial coverings for all of our hotels. Public health experts agree that wearing a facial covering is one of the simplest steps we can all take to reduce the spread of COVID-19. This requirement will be effective July 27 and will continue to be effective until further notice. Marriott will continue to consult their internal and external health experts for the best advice regarding guest and associate well-being.
Marriott / JSAV Cleaning Guidelines
Our primary aim is to ensure the health and safety of our employees, clients, partners, and event attendees. We will do this by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This program outlines protects health, mitigates risk during this re-opening and recovery period ahead. JSAV employees will clean equipment and spaces using EPA-approved disinfectant. These products will meet CDC requirements for use and effectiveness against viruses including COVID-19, bacteria and other airborne and bloodborne pathogens.
