AMMG Announces Agenda for April 2020 Conference in Miami, Florida

Jeff Morris

From April 23 to 26, AMMG will offer its most extensive CME conference to date, including full-day Peptide and Extracellular Vesicles Certification courses, an expanded Practice Management Workshop, and much more.

The 28th Clinical Applications for Age Management Medicine Conference, at the National Doral Miami Resort & Spa in Miami, Florida, has been approved for up to 26 AMA PRA CME Credits. In addition, two certification courses in the use of Peptides and Extracellular Vesicles (commonly known as Exosomes) will each conclude with an exam for AMMG certification in that treatment area.

It’s worth coming early for a non-CME Practice Management Workshop on Wednesday, April 22, empowering physicians to successfully transition from the well-established structure of disease-based medicine or from the traditional insurance-based reimbursement system into a system which relies to a significant degree upon direct pay.

On Thursday, besides the Peptide and Extracellular Vesicles certification courses, two concurrent pre-conference tracks are offered. Introduction to Core Issues in Age Management Medicine is designed to familiarize physicians and healthcare professionals with all the basics, from the use of hormones and supplements to exercise, diet and weight loss. For those who have already mastered the basics, Complex Case Studies and Discussion in Age Management Medicine takes everything to a more advanced level, with in depth, interactive discussions of cases involving various areas and clinical aspects of Age Management Medicine.

As always, general sessions on Friday, Saturday and Sunday present a wide range of topics, from the cutting-edge science of Nutrigenomics and Epigenetics, current applications of Senolytics, and Gene Therapy, to timely lectures about both the Dangers of Vaping and Cannabis Metabolomics, to multiple sessions revolving around hormone replacement therapy and bioidentical hormones. Many more sessions focus on topics as diverse as  libido, brain health, hair rejuvenation, healthy diets, traumatic brain injury, and Mortality Science. And there is a keynote presentation by the only pharmacist in Congress, Rep. Earl “Buddy” Carter, with a legislative update from Washington, D.C.
