Lile, Laura - M.D., R.PhDr. Lile is an internationally recognized leader in integrative and personalized medicine, dual-licensed as both a physician and pharmacist. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in precision diagnostics using personalized genomic testing and root-cause medicine. As the founder of Lile Wellness, she integrates advanced genomic testing and personalized protocols to support cellular health, reduce inflammation, and promote longevity. Her work focuses on translating cutting-edge research in genomics and longevity into practical strategies that improve patient outcomes.

Beginning with a deep-rooted desire to help others and a passion for science, Dr. Lile was driven by a thirst for knowledge. She achieved the distinction of being one of the few dual-credentialed compounding pharmacists and preventative health medical doctors in the world. Her unique training in age management enables her to shift the emphasis from disease-driven medicine to a proactive, preventative healthcare approach focused on optimizing health. Today, Dr. Lile continues to make a profound impact as a practicing physician and clinical pharmacist at Lile Wellness. Her multifaceted expertise in medicine, pharmacy, and patient advocacy positions her as an invaluable asset to her patients and the healthcare community.

Her most recent endeavor has been advocating for pharmacists to be credentialed to provide genomic consultations. With a visionary approach that transcends conventional boundaries, she remains dedicated to advancing the intersection of medicine and pharmacy, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care in an ever-evolving healthcare landscape.

“For several decades, my medical practice has been primarily dedicated to preventative healthcare and enhancing longevity,” said Dr. Lile. “With dual credentials as a compounding pharmacist and a medical doctor, I maintain a discerning approach when it comes to recommending supplements and medical interventions.”

After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Ohio State University, graduating with the highest honors in 1987, she opened an independent pharmacy called RxCafe, which featured a coffee shop and was one of the first drive-thru pharmacy windows in the Midwest. She worked as a compounding pharmacist for several years, and then decided to return to school to become a physician.

In 2001, Dr. Lile earned her Medical Degree from the Medical College of Ohio, graduating with honors. In 2008, Dr. Lile founded Island Medical Practice in Grosse Ile, Michigan. She opened more offices in Michigan, Georgia and Tennessee, well before the concept of concierge medical care was known. In 2015, she renamed the practice Lile Wellness Partners to better reflect its mission of building relationships with patients and guiding them to optimal health through combining traditional and alternative medicine treatments, using the Lile Method of trend-analysis for predictive value. With her extensive experience in healthcare, Dr. Lile has trained practitioners to use safe, innovative, often natural therapies to help boost nutrition, improve immune function, and help the body heal.
