Her hope is to empower women to take charge of their health and feel well in their body, and to ensure we are equipped with skills that protect the wellbeing of future generation. We are at a crucial time of human development where are facing modern day pressures that move us away from our innate healing capacity and from tending the essential ancestral needs of our bodies and minds. This is making us sick and limits our potential and health-lifespan.
