Today, Age Management Medicine is one of the premier medical specialties—just as Dr. Alan Mintz said it was 15 years ago.
AMMG offers free access to this lecture by Dr. Mintz, originally presented at the first AMMG conference in November 2006, as a way of keeping the progress we’ve made, and the progress yet to come, in perspective.
Dr. Mintz was a key figure in the development of age management medicine, and in the founding of the Age Management Medicine Group. He very clearly laid out the basic precepts of this specialty, and we are sure he would be pleased with the continuing innovation and emphasis on education embodied by AMMG.
AMMG so values the inspiration of Dr. Mintz that it has presented the Alan P. Mintz, M.D. Award for Clinical Excellence to worthy physicians since 2007.
