AMMG to Offer Two Days of Pre-Conference Workshops at April 2026 Miami Meeting

At the upcoming 40th Clinical Applications for Age Management Medicine Conference in Miami, AMMG will offer five intensive full-day and two half-day pre-conference workshops covering a wide range of topics.
The conference, with the theme Advancing Longevity thru Evidence-Based Strategies and Technology, will be held April 15-19, 2026 at the National Doral Miami Resort & Spa. Registration is now open at www.agemed.org.
Pre-conference workshops begin on Wednesday, April 15, with Essential Knowledge and Updates for the Clinical Use of Peptides. This non-CME workshop, held in conjunction with the Clinical Peptide Society, will be taught by Edwin Lee, M.D. and Luis Martinez, M.D.
The workshop will include sessions on the Wolverine peptide, mitochondrial peptides, peptides for autoimmune diseases, growth hormone, neuroregenerative, cosmeceutical and sex peptides, peptides for cancer and pain, and pineal and melanton peptides.
Launching and Growing a Successful Age Management Practice is another popular non-CME workshop for physicians and healthcare professionals, and to help educate and inform medical and office staff. Attendees will be guided through the process of developing or growing an Age Management practice.
Also on Wednesday is Foundations of Regenerative Aesthetics – Essential Techniques for Starting and Growing Your Aesthetic Practice. Another non-CME workshop, it will focus on core medspa and office-based aesthetic services, and advanced regenerative procedures like PRP, PBF Gel, for those who wish to incorporate these into their practice. Such services and procedures can help build a practice that stands out using additional revenue streams. PBF and Vampire certifications will be offered.
Thursday brings a workshop for the advanced practitioner: Latest Clinical Knowledge and Protocols Using the Pillars of Preventive, Age Management and Longevity Medicine. Designed for practicing age management physicians seeking to elevate clinical decision-making, this workshop explores how the foundational pillars of preventive medicine translate into real-world practice today. It will equip physicians with an updated, clinically actionable framework for applying the core pillars of preventive medicine in modern practice.
The faculty for this workshop features experienced and well-respected practitioners, including Paul Thompson, M.D., Michale Barber, M.D., Derrick DeSilva, M.D., Juan Chavez, M.D., Edwin Lee, M.D., and Laura Lile, M.D.
The last full-day workshop on Thursday is Primer for Physicians and Healthcare Professionals New to Age Management and Longevity Medicine and those in the AMMG Module 1 Certification Program. Designed to familiarize physicians and healthcare professionals with limited experience with the basics and core issues in Age Management & Longevity Medicine, it covers patient evidence-based assessment protocols, men’s and women’s hormones, nutrition, supplements, fitness & exercise, and emerging precision medicine as it applies to the aging patient. In addition, this workshop will serve as a primer for those healthcare professionals currently enrolled in the AMMG Certification Program that need to study for the Module 1 examination.
There are also two half-day workshops on Thursday. In the morning, there’s The Endotoxin Continuum: What Kills in Hospitals Circulates for Years in Clinics – Resolving the Endotoxin Problem We’re Missing. Taught by Thomas O’Bryan, D.C., CCM. DACBN, CIFM, an adjunct faculty member at The Institute for Functional Medicine, National University of Health Sciences, Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy, it will cover Lipopolysaccharide, the most potent environmental inflammatory trigger known to science, its systemic impact, and practical ways of assessing and dealing with endotoxins.
The afternoon is devoted to Epigenetic Boot Camp. Among the topics centered around epigenetics are principles & science of epigenetics; concept ideation and study design; sample collection and processing; laboratory methods and platforms for analysis, and more.
