Luis Martinez, M.D., MPH

Dr. Luis Martinez is a physician specializing in Preventive, Longevity, and Regenerative Medicine, with expertise in clinical research, metabolic health, and advanced therapeutics. He serves as President of XanoGene Clinics, with locations in San Juan and Ponce, Puerto Rico, where he leads the development and implementation of innovative protocols in age management and regenerative medicine.

Dr. Martinez earned his medical degree from the Ponce School of Medicine and completed his residency training at the University of Pennsylvania. He subsequently pursued advanced training in stem cell biology and oncology through a collaborative program between Ponce Health Sciences University and the Magee Research Institute. He also holds a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology, is Board Certified in Clinical Lipidology, and has completed fellowship-level training in Biosecurity.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Martinez is a recognized leader in the advancement of peptide therapeutics. He is Co-Founder of the Clinical Peptide Society, a U.S.-based organization dedicated to physician education and the clinical integration of peptide-based therapies. In collaboration with the Age Management Medicine Group, he co-developed the first formal Peptide Certification Program, which has trained thousands of physicians worldwide.

Dr. Martinez is also the Founder and President of the Caribbean AntiAging Medicine Association, an organization focused on advancing education and clinical standards in longevity and regenerative medicine across the region. Through this platform, he oversees training programs for more than 50 physicians per month in areas including hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapeutics, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), intravenous nutrient therapy, medical weight management, and aesthetic procedures.

Beyond his clinical and educational roles, Dr. Martinez is the Founder of Regenera Global, a multinational enterprise specializing in biotechnology product development, translational research, and clinical consulting. He also serves as Medical Director for multiple clinical organizations in Florida and Puerto Rico, where he provides oversight in regenerative medicine, hormone therapy, and aesthetic services.

Dr. Martinez maintains an active interest in the integration of Artificial Intelligence in medicine, with a focus on its applications in clinical decision support, predictive analytics, personalized longevity protocols, and the optimization of healthcare delivery systems.
