(Includes AMMG’S Welcome Reception 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm – Held in Conference Networking and Exhibits Center)
Friday, OCTOBER 20TH – 9 am to 6 pm
Saturday, OCTOBER 21ST – 9 am to 4:00 pm

The Conference Networking Area will be open during exhibit hours. Sponsors are welcome to man their booth at their discretion and are strongly encouraged to be present during all breaks – as listed in the conference agenda. Please keep the booth set-up clean and professional in appearance during all exhibit hours.

Sponsor Badges

Your badge permits access to all lectures and must be worn at all times during the conference. Please visit the conference registration desk to pick-up your badges. Each individual booth space is allowed four badges.

Exhibit Area Set-Up

Thursday, October 19th at 9:00am to 1:30pm
Sponsors must be set-up by 1:30 pm and all shipping containers removed.
Promptly at 2:00pm AMMG will clear all aisles and booths not set-up.
Each individual exhibit space includes a 6 foot table and 2 chairs as part of the set up. There will be blue pipe and drape. Booth locations will be available upon arrival at the conference. We do not assign booth numbers in advance, use N/A when requested.

To ensure that your company’s listing is included in the online Exhibitor Directory, please make sure you have provided us with your information. If you do not see your listing here, or you would like us to make any changes to your listing, email Jill at jfox@agemed.org.

Shipping & Booth Needs

We will be using GES to coordinate shipping and booth needs (i.e. setup, signage, extra furniture, etc.). AMMG has negotiated favorable discounts with GES for handling exhibitor freight.  Exhibitors should freight ship all booth items to the GES Warehouse.  The benefits of shipping in advance to the GES Warehouse are:

  • Storage of materials for up to 30 days prior to your show.
  • Delivery of shipments to your booth by your published set-up time.
  • Less face to face interaction with direct delivery to your booth prior to set-up time.
  • Direct to site shipping for this facility is not available.
  • Saves valuable set-up time.

Tear Down

Saturday, October 21st after 4:00pm
IMPORTANT – Tear down will not be allowed prior to 4:00 pm on Saturday. If you need to tear down before the 4:00pm time you may be assigned a booth in a different location
