AMMG Presents the Coles Award for Research and Science Innovation in Aging and Age Management Medicine

On Saturday, April 13, 2024 at the AMMG Clinical Applications for Age Management Medicine Conference in Miami, Florida, Andrew W. Campbell, M.D. was presented with the L. Stephen Coles, M.D., Ph.D. Award for Research and Science Innovation in Aging and Age Management Medicine.

This was only the second time the Coles Award has been presented, the first having been in 2016.

In his nomination letter for Dr. Campbell, Elliot Dinetz, M.D. said:

I am pleased to nominate Dr. Andrew Campbell for the Cole’s research award. His exceptional work in the field of mold and mycotoxin illness as a specialist in immunology and toxicology makes him a deserving recipient. Dr. Campbell’s career, spanning both private practice and academia, has been marked by significant contributions to reversing chronic symptoms from toxic patients otherwise ignored by the conventional medical system.

Dr. Campbell’s innovative approach combines advanced techniques in immunology with practical toxicological solutions, offering effective and holistic treatment models. His research and treatments in mold and mycotoxin illnesses have vastly improved patient outcomes and spearheaded new treatment protocols with recent intrgrative protocols.

Dr. Campbell is Editor-in-Chief of Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine Medical Journal and Advances in Mind-Body Medicine Journal. He is a member of the Editorial Board of Integrative Medicine: A Clinician’s Journal, and Medical Editor of Natural Solutions and Alternative Medicine Magazines.

Dr. Campbell was educated in Switzerland where he graduated from high school first in his class at age 14. He then completed college in 3 years. After graduating from medical school, Dr. Campbell trained at the Orlando Regional Medical Center and at the Medical College of Georgia. He was medical director of the Medical Center for Immune and Toxic Disorders in Houston for 20 years. Dr. Campbell has published over 90 studies in peer-reviewed medical journals and chapters in medical textbooks. Dr. Campbell has received awards from many organizations national and international. He is fluent in French, Spanish, Hungarian and English. He has been on several television shows, including 20/20, the Montel Williams Show, 24 Hour Investigative News and has been interviewed by NBC, ABC and CBS affiliates throughout the United States as well as television programs in Canada and Mexico. He lectures regularly at national and international medical conferences and at Oxford University. He currently is the editor-in-chief of 2 peer reviewed medical journals, editor of 4 medical journals and is the medical advisor to several companies. He also is conducting several clinical trials as principal investigator for supplement companies.
